Windows version 2.1.5 released

This version reimplements the internal repeater functions used to generate the repeating entries in the calendar.

It turns out that some of the obvious sounding repeats, such as every nth day of the month bimonthly, aren't as simple as they first appear. The bimonthly repeats will depend upon the start date. For example; and what happens to repeats of 31st of the month?

This new release add new internal calendar methods that implement these much more efficiently than if they were instead implemented in calendar LUA script, which was the case before.

NB: it is important to update both the desktop and mobile to take advantage of these improvements. Also, old repeat events will continue to work.
